My sense Fitbit won't give me notication or register phone calls coming or going.. it just stopped.. not sure what happened . Only had it a month. 😢

Swipe left to right to get to quick settings and make sure neither Don not disturb or Sleep are enabled.
Also make sure its syncing properly
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Device photo [middle left] Sync - See when last synced Try refresh by touching circle it should say "a moment ago" if its working well |
Btw. All those communications are done over Bluetooth, wifi on the watch is rarely used, except during charging, or firmware updates.
