The usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:
- restart phone
- restart fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
- restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
- "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
- go through Fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Make sure that the Fitbit app is up to date.
I also have found that stopping the app or clearing the cache for the Fitbit app is helpfull.
Both need to be done through the Phones Setting - App - Fitbit
Stop app
Then Storage - Clear Cache.
Once I had to Clear Data.
You may want to also try logging out / in.
Another thing to try is to remove the Fitbit app and install a fresh copy.
Note that the very last thing to try is removing the app from your Fitbit account or Fitbit app. Doing this usually only adds more problems.
