I got the versa 2 a week ago for my birthday and today it suddenly stopped syncing. I've tried every troubleshooting tip the internet has to offer. I've rebooted my phone and watch several times, enabled all app permissions, reset my bluetooth, unpaired from bluetooth, re-downloaded the app, unpaired the device from my fitbit acct. Nothing is working. I can't even connect the device to the fitbit app now. It's like the device doesn't have a Bluetooth signal anymore. What do I do now??
I see there was a recent app update. Could this be what caused this to happen?

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
