Fitbit Versa 2 won't connect with my Samsung Galaxy S9 phone

I've been trying to connect my new Fitbit Versa 2 with my phone (Samsung galaxy S9) but its not paring. 

Can someone please help me. This has been driving me crazy trying to get it to work.
