Fitbit Versa 3 doesn't connect to Google Pixel 7 phone

Bought a new google pixel 7 phone yesterday with Android 13. My fitbit versa 3 doesn't connect to the phone via bluetooth at all. The phone doesn't show the versa 3 in it's available bluetooth devices. I downloaded the fitbit app on my phone and I try to add fitbit versa 3 but it doesn't find it.

Hi @salilsurendran - when switching phones make sure the old phone or any other device connected to the watch is off first.

Then hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start again.

In the Fitbit App click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device"

Also when switching phones. Since the tracker is already setup, when logging into your account. The app will show the tracker. 

  • accept some permissions, and the tracker should sync. 
  • Setup notifications 
  • Setup any voice assistance 

If you don't see your tracker

  • On the old phone, did you remove the tracker from your account? You should not have. 
  • Did you log into the wrong fitbit account.
