I just bought a previously used Fitbit Versa Lite (factory resetted when given to me) and I tried to update it and I thought it worked because my fitbit finally came on but it said the update failed and that I still need to update it, but when I try to update it again it just tells me that it can't find my fitbit versa lite. How do I update it?

Hi Charlotte, i was able to update and sync my versa lite by simply plugging it on my computer with Windows 10..i first downloaded the update thru bluetooth paired with my iphone. Then after 100% download, i installed it using the computer by just plugging the watch in the usb port of the computer. After just about minute, my fitbit was updated and i was able to use it again after months of trying by using the iphone. Whew! 😅try it, hope this too will solve your problem!😊
