I got this as a present and I like it a lot, but I can't get the device to stay synced to my Galaxy S7 Edge. I downloaded the Android Fitbit app and followed the directions on connecting to the phone and that works fine (enter 4-digit code, Fitbit app says the watch synced, and no error messages). However, once the phone is connected, the watch no longer syncs and it won't connect to Bluetooth (and no error messages that I can see). If I delete the Fitbit from the app and reconnect it, it will connect and sync and then immediately lose the connection and refuse to connect or sync. I have repeated this at least three times, once starting with both the watch and the phone powered off, with the same result.
I have other devices connected to Bluetooth (headphones and Honda "Hands Free Link" but no other smart watches. Everything else connects to my phone and works just fine. I like the Fitbit Versa Lite, but without the phone connection, it's just a wristwatch. I don't want to have to return this, but if I can't get it to work, that's my only other choice.

Update: I took the Fitbit back to the store and replaced it. The new one is working fine.
