Fitbit Versa constantly having syncing issues

My fit bit app is constantly giving me notifications that my fit bit that say Fitbit Sync Service - Last Synced and then has the time. This is getting really annoying. I just spent the last half hour restarting my phone, restarting my Fitbit, I deleted my Fitbit as a Bluetooth device on my cell phone as a and re installed everything on my phone. Started everything on the Fitbit app again like it was brand new Fitbit finally synced only to get the notification again 5 minutes later. I'm really getting annoyed.

Hi there.
Some people have posted that installing earlier version 3.3.1 of the Fitbit app solves most if not all of the issues on Versa.

Having same issue. Shows it was Thursday last time it sync.  I've turn bluetooth off and on and uninstall and re install WTH is going on

I'm not sure how to do that. I have a Droid and when I go to the Google play store I only have the option to uninstall not uninstall last update.

It finally came back "on line " not sure what happened I found it on Google play

Google (from your phone's browser) "Fitbit 3.3.1 mirror" without the quotes. You will find the file and install it. Before that, make sure you uninstall the current (latest) Fitbit version.

Thanks. I'm emailing with Fitbit support and will try that if they can't help me resolve my issue. It is currently not tell the correct time. It is 12 minutes behind.
