My Versa won't sync! I have tried everything. It sync' s my daily steps, but but the next day my steps are completely gone. I have even take. Screenshot to show where I sync'd Thursday and this morning (Friday) when I woke up Thursday says 0 steps!!! It says I haven't sync'd my watch since May 27th, but I SWEAR I SYNC EVERY NIGHT and IT LOADS MY DAILY INFORMATION. Every morning I wake up and everything is gone. I tried chatting with support 3 times, nothing worked. I don't have any other devices to try it on nor do I want to do a factory reset! (It took HOURS to set the watch up and to download my Pandora music). I love the watch, but it cant even do the most basic function...I am about to return it for our money back. I dont know what else to do.

Hi, @LEM7! I don't know if Support already had you run through this, but have you checked if your steps show up from the web dashboard, rather than from the app? Also, I don't know if you can tell, but I know on my app, the steps will actually show up for the day because the tracker is connected, but it won't have actually synced yet. I'm on a Galaxy S7, too. Can you tell if your tracker has *actually* synced? If you go into the tracker menu, it will tell you when the last sync was.
