It takes time and date from phone when it syncs.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Sync your device.  From phone app, click on Account icon near top right.  Then click on your device. Then  click on Sync Now.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi I followed instructions to sync but a msg app rested to turn Bluetooth on and it’s already on. So is my WiFi I have never had this problem before had this watch over 2 years
