Fitbit alta trouble

I am tired of reading the hundreds of complaints about the alta not syncing. Everyone seems to be having the same issue. This thing has been nothing but a waste of time and money and i will give scathing reviews to anyone that will listen.

Who can I call for help? Does anyone at fitbit give a flying fuuuuu?

In order to better assist you, it helps to know which Android system and which phone you're using to sync. If you're under warranty, you would want to get with customer support.

I've seen the forums already. I've spent 10 hours trying to get this thing to work. Who can I call I want a phone number of someone who can help

Give a call to customer support's phone (877)623-4997 between the hours of 4am-8pm PST Mon-Fri, and 6am-5pm PST on weekends, if you're in the USA.
