Fitbit always losing connection

My fitbit wont sync! I am constantly having to turn off phone and fitbit which doesnt work. Then I sign out of fitbit app and sign back in, which also doesnt work. I end up uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and have to register a new device and go through the set up all over again! So far I seem to be doing this at least twice a month. It is so annoying I am debating getting rid of my fitbit.

Hi @Anon133 - yes this problem with the app,or phone, can be annoying, though it's less likely a problem with the device itself.

There may be simpler remedies, such as turning off Bluetooth and back on.

Just swipe off the Fitbit App to terminate it, clear the storage cache and force stop it.

Also it's possible on your phone to go to Settings, Apps, allow system apps, force stop Bluetooth and clear cache which refreshes any phone issue.

Generally this should clear things but if not remove the Bluetooth entries for the Fitbit and run set-up and replace in the Fitbit App.
