Fitbit and Motorola compatibility

I would like ideas or recommendations for a fitness tracker that works with my Moto x pure edition phone. I have a Fitbit Charge HR and it doesn't sync with my Motorola phone. Anyone else have this problem?  I've called customer service area now 5 times on this subject so I'm now ready to give up after going through the steps multiple times. I'd purchase a new device, if I new which one would pair with my phonw.  Help!!!!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems syncing your Charge HR with your Motorola phone.

In order to get it to sync, you need to first make sure that the phone you're using is compatible. You can check the list of compatible devices here.

If your phone is not compatible and you'd like to go for another tracker, my recommendation would be as with any other product, to check the compatibility with the brand directly if possible.
