Fitbit android app showing incorrect calories out in Food section (Diet).

There is a mismatch in the Calories Out under Food and Calories Burnt. I tried restarting the phone, Fitbit app and bluetooth multiple times and there is still a mismatch. 

For instance, Calories Out under Food shows 1646 and Calories Burnt is 829. I am sure this is not the way it should work as I have used this for many months and never had this issue before.
