Hi, @mouthpiec welcome, I'm unsure if your Fitbit app shows an incorrect time. Under normal circumstances, this is a symptom of a failure to sync with the app. The solution is to manually sync the Fitbit app by going to the "Today" screen in the Fitbit app on your phone & sliding your finger down then releasing it. You may be interested in this article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? - Fitbit Help Center which has a section on Pixel Watches.

I hope this helps but if you are still stuck please post here again.

Cheers

hi, thanks for your reply, but the app is syncing correctly, i.e. i am able to see the activity recorded on the watch on my app, which I think indicates that the sync is fine.

just to give an example, if I sleep between 11pm and 5am, the fitbit app will show I slept between 9pm and 3am.

The headline times are correct, Is this where you see the difference? Is this a regular occurrence or just a very occasional anomaly?

Let us know how you get on by posting here again.

thank you ... to give an example last night i slept from 22:59 to 07:01 but it is showing 20:59 to 05:01.

I have the feeling this started after I went for a holiday in a different timezone.

Hi, @mouthpiec , thanks for the feedback, How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? - Fitbit Help Center describes the process.

If this fails try restarting your PW2 and the Fitbit app on your phone. With the app sync then go to your phone settings>apps>Fitbit>clear cache>force stop>restart your phone.

Give it another sleep & let us know how you get on.

Cheers
