Fitbit app, Oops, looks like there's no Internet connection"

Hey everyone,

 

New to Fitbit, just bought the Fitbit Charge 5 and so far think it's great! 

However, on the app when I'm trying to change the clock face under the "Gallery" tab, I keep getting the notification, "Oops, looks like there's no Internet connection." 

I've tried resetting the watch and reinstalling the app but still with no success! 

 

Would anyone have any recommendations?

Update: Got this sorted. Was running a private DNS on my Android Google Pixel 4 XL which was blocking it.

 

Went to Internet settings > Private DNS > Disable.

 

Instantly allowed me to access the blocked parts of the app.
