My Fitbit app is not connecting to any of the friends that I know I have on Fitbit. People can still add me to challenges, so I still show up on their friends list, but I cannot add them because no profiles will show up on my list, as it says "No Contacts Found" and "No Facebook Friends were found". And even if I do click on profiles and click the "Add Friend" button, nothing happens.
Everything looks fine when I go to my dashboard using a computer- my leader board is there showing all my friends. This is only a recent problem and I can't find a solution on here that has worked for me. I've done the typical start/re-start phone and the uninstall/re-install fixes, but nothing has worked so far.
HELP! This is super frustrating because I want to kick my friends' butts in a challenge!
