Fitbit app doesn't show app notifications section

Good morning all and Happy Thursday!

I wanted to just start this because I had actually just 2 days ago, gone to the Fitbit app, go to the notifications tab where you can select and choose specific notifications like Amazon Alexa, games and Clock, things like that, but that section just vanished when I checked in to change that 2 days in a row. Is it in another spot possibly?

Hi there, @IanS.. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the inconvenience with the notification tab.

As @NellyG has suggested, please try syncing your watch to make sure all your data is saved and then proceed with uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. Now, you can go ahead and try to set up your notifications. For more information, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

I've moved your post to the Android App board for organization purposes.

Hope that helps.

Hi @IanS.  I'd suggest you try uninstalling the Fitbit app from your phone, reinstall it and log back in and hopefully the notification thing is back.
