I recently purchased an Inspire HR. The device itself displays my heart rate and when I went for a run it told me what zone I was in (peak, fat burn, etc).
However, whenever I click heart rate in the Dashboard of the app (I'm on a Google Pixel 3 so Android OS) it just says there are no measurements. My OS is up to date, the Inspire HR did a firmware update when I set it up and the app is up to date.
This seems to be a common and enduring issue. Dating back into some posts from 2015.
I have tried all fixes on this forum including logging out of app, clearing cache and data, force stopping, restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app. I have so seen other suggestions such as "It can take awhile for the data to appear since it isn't stored on the phone, it's stored on our servers." I wait and wait and have tried over my LTE+ data connection and my WiFi on which I regularly get 190mb/s download speeds.
One of the primary reasons I got this device was heart rate tracking over the course of the day. I can see my data when I log into fitbit.com but I shouldn't have to do that.
A fix would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @MaxBrain, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for sharing detailed information of the issues experienced with the Fitbit app. You've done a wonderful job with the troubleshooting steps! This sounds strange and so I can take a look, please provide me with a screenshot of the details displayed on the Fitbit app and fitbit.com dashboard. For instructions to attach a picture, check this post. Also, let me know the Android version of your phone.
I look forward to your reply.

Thanks for your reply. Apparently I just wasn't patient enough because about a day later everything started working.
Thanks again.

Hi @Ic3r3d. It's great to see a new face around the Forums.
Thanks for sharing that your heart rate data isn't displayed on the Fitbit app. This is an odd behavior and I'm wondering if you're totally sure you're not using two different accounts when trying to log into your phone? This happened to me once, I thought I was logging in with the right account but I wasn't, I put a similar one since the only difference was a letter in between. So, I'm assuming this would be the case and everything will work since your Ionic is set up in your account but your data will not be displayed there.
Would you mind verifying this? To do that, please follow these steps:
Trying to verify if this is the original email you used when logging in your fitbit.com dashboard. If it's not, try logging out and logging back in by using the correct email. Additionally, make sure that your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
Give it a try and let me know.

Hi @LizzyFitbit ,
Thank you for the welcome.
My issue had resovled by itself after 24hours for synchronised. I believed it takes at least 1day to collect data for heart rate's measurements.
Just like the other cases I read in the community forum, after they have posted here, they can read the heart rate measure a day later.
Hope this finding helps.😉
Regards
Jeremy

Hi @LizzyFitbit ,
Have a blessed new year!
I have observed my Ionic for 3 days, it was normal on 30th Dec, but after that there was no display on the heart rate again. However, if I read the details of the statistics, I could still find the heart rate details after 30th Dec.
I have attached 2 screenshot below.
Please advised
