My Fitbit app keeps kicking me out when I try and leave the main dashboard screen, I can't log food or weight or change weight because it just freezes and kicks me out before I do anything in the other screens.

Hi there @Christinahender, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. My apologies for the late response and I was reading your app is crashing, being impossible to log food or weight.
In your Community profile I'm not able to see a tracker paired, so I'm wondering which tracker are you using with your Fitbit app? Regardless of this, if the issue still persists, please make sure you are using the most recent version of the Fitbit app.
At the moment there is a new version for the Fitbit app, however this update is being gradually release and it might not be available for you at the moment. If it is, feel free to install the new version, otherwise review that you have the previous version available: 2.70. For more details please refer to this post.
In addition try to reset your app:
log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
