I just started using a Blaze yesterday. It hasn't synced with my Android since I first set it up. Shows 7 steps while the watch shows 1,300. If I click the sync button in the app it shows it's refreshing then just pops up a !
This doesn't make me think highly of the product when I can't even get through 24hrs without issue. Looking at the forum it seems this has been an ongoing problem at least back to 2016 from a google search. 2 years and these type of issues haven't been corrected yet..
