Good day I would like to know what is happening with the fitbit application because since yesterday it appears to me that it is in maintenance work and my watch is unlinked

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand your concern and recommend confirming if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version: How do I update the Fitbit app? Please also restart your router and your phone and try the following after that:
- Open the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Set Up a Device.
- Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
