How do I get rid of these sync service notifications? Also how do I get rid of the screen 'linking with fitbit app required for connection features'? I am connected with Bluetooth.

Hello there @G_Spaulding, thanks for coming back and confirming that your Pixel 2 XL is included in our list of supported devices.

As mentioned, we’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. We'll let you know as soon as updates are available.

Let me know if there's anything else I may do to assist you in the meantime.

@G_Spaulding Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for letting us know about this issue. We’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.

We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.

While reading your post I was wondering if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance. For syncing and notification difficulties, see: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone

I've moved your post to the Android App as there are more chances to get related replies here.

Please let us know if there's anything we can do to assist you in the meantime.

So what you're saying is Fitbit implemented an update they knew had bugs? This app is rife with unnecessary upsells and updates. Staap

I just bought a versa LE today and got this bug and after hours of trying to get it to work by deleting app-data, reinstalling, restarting the device, turning services on and off in absurdum I finally found there are several threads on this forum with the same issue.

Guess wich device is going back to to place where it was bought tomorrow...?

This is not what I'm going to recommend to my friends, period.
