Is anyone else having a problem with the fitbit app running unusually slow? It takes five minutes with the app open for all my toggles to update. Updating food and water takes forever and at this point is more frustrating than actually trying to stay fit. I've used the app on wifi and on various locations within the Sprint network and it will not run at regular speed. App is up to date.

Same here. It’s been close to over a year since I actually stopped using my Versa for tracking calories since it takes more than 5 minutes to load any entries I submit if it ever does. Unfortunately the only true use I have for it now is for keeping time and steps. Makes my investment feel like a complete loss since I could of gone with a cheaper version if anything Fitbit at all.

I have the same problem my Fitbit ionic is loading data very slow actually the app loads up very slow for every category. I have to wait five minutes to see new activity on each category.
west my time more then before:
if anyone knows and help please do so.
