Have uninstalled app and now have overnight heart rate data but still no sleep data after uninstalled again. Charge 3 connection with phone good. Maybe is to do with daylight savings time change? Will check tomorrow.

I am sorry for the delay in respond, due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual.
Thanks for troubleshooting this sleep issue, I would like to know if you keep experiencing this? Have you checked if your Fitbit app is updated? Are you able to see this information in the Fitbit?.
