My phone has been notifying me for the past few days that my Fitbit app is using battery, no matter what I do, the notification won't go away. Updated my Charge 3, charged it, synced it, dismissed notification, left app open, closed app, it just keeps using battery. Any solutions? I have a Charge 3. Is it the watch?

Is battery optimisation disabled for the app? If so, try enabling it.
Are there any clues as to what the app is doing? A few weeks ago mine went mad and used location constantly - nothing would stop it (and I've spent years modifying Android, so doubt there was a trick I overlooked), and eventually I disabled location access (except when I wanted to sync, when thanks to stupid design by Google I had to temporarily re-enable). After a couple of weeks I re-enabled, possibly after an app update, and haven't had the problem since. I mention this in case it's something similar, because although it's not a solution if yours is also a location issue it might provide a way of controlling the battery drain.

On android when a user receives this message they simply need to tap on the message and on the next screen the user is able to fix the issue.

This is not fixing the issue for me. I click the notification and I can't find anything that is using battery!

I am having the same issue with my charge HR 2. I tried all the same things. I might try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that works. I came here hoping someone else had a fix!
