Hello,
Since yesterday my fitbit app account will not allow me to log in on my phone. It keeps telling me my username and password are wrong? I can log into the fitbit website with my username and password so I know they aren't an issue.
Can anyone help?

Thanks for sharing those details on the situation. Let me help you figure out what is going on.
The first thing I'd like to recommend is that you try to uninstall the app and then install it. That will help in case any file was not installed properly or is not syncing correctly.

I tried this various times and also reset my fitbit. It has eventually allowed me to log back in... with the same username and password I always had. Must be something wrong with the app?
