My Fitbit App on my Android says "Log some water 64 fl oz left" - if I touch the + on the right side then it shows that I have not drank anything and offers the "Quick Add" options. But if I simply touch the "Log some water" option then the app shows that I've already drank 12 oz today. I'm using a Charge 4 so all my log entries are via the app, not the device but the app always fails to keep track of things.
I'm entering various amounts as the day goes on but the app usually defaults to saying that I've 64 fl oz left - occasionally it shows the actual amount but normally it doesn't.

@EdmundC Hi there. Thanks for the detailed information shared.
It's odd what you're experiencing. Let's try the following troubleshooting:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Clear the app cache
- Restart your phone
- Log back in
Hope this helps.

I'm having a similar problem. In the past few weeks the Fitbit app accepts my water logging, but the next day it shows zero water. I change it and still 0. Not synching with the fitbit.com account.
I have repeatedly done the above suggestion (at least once a day for four days), still no correction. Any other ideas?
