Hello @LacieP, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! Certainly this is an odd behavior since as you mentioned before; the calories are displayed on your MyFitnessPal account. As you know this data is pulled directly from your Fitbit account so your calories should be on your Dashboard.
Would you mind to share with me a couple of screenshots to have a closer look to the issue? If you need instructions to upload screenshot to the Community the following post will guide through.
