Hi Everyone,
My Fitbit Charge 5 won’t sync with the app on my Android phone anymore. It used to work fine, but now it just keeps saying "Sync Failed." I didn’t change any settings, and Bluetooth is on.
I already tried restarting the phone and the tracker, but nothing helps. The device is tracking steps, but the app shows nothing.
Honestly, I’m staying patient and hopeful trying to keep some kind words that start with I mind, like “inclusive” and “inspiring” but it’s getting frustrating. If anyone has dealt with this before and found a fix, I’d really appreciate your insight.

Same problem with my Luxe, new as of Xmas 24. Followed all the usual instructions twice a day the last 4 days no joy.
Synch failed when the battery dropped to 2%. Now fully charged. Etc.
Mt fitbit account thinks my phone is still on android 10, but I have a new phone (as of April) on android15, which synched fine until 4 days ago.
