My android app says the internet connection is not available when opening the spotify, watch and apps section in the charge 4 panel. I tried cleaning cache, uninstalling app and changing connection but nothing changed. Any idea? Thanks

Our team has released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.45 iOS and 3.45.1 Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".

Best AnswerI am using version 3.45.1 on Android and got exactly the same issue. Tried resetting my network, reseting the app completely and nothing worked. How this can be fixed?

Have you checked if you get the same error on the 4G/LTE or 5G/LTE network?

Best AnswerI have tried it with VPN enabled and disabled. I also tried to switch networks, using 4G and Wi-Fi. None of this worked unfortunately.

Best AnswerThank you for your help, I have tried reinstalling the app and also reconnecting my Fitbit Sense, none of which resolved the issue unfortunately. I've been using Fitbit Sense for a week now and haven't been able to install any app on the watch since, that's a very frustrating experience for me. 😞
