Fitbit app showing inaccurate information

As of Tuesday (when I did 13,000 plus steps) app gave me no steps and only 36 of about 90 active minutes. Shows nothing on exercise page. Up til now it has been fine. Any suggestions?

Hi @GilMil. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, and I'm sorry that you've had this experience. Let me help you out. While there isn't an option to recover information from previous days, we can try some steps to prevent this happening again:

  1. On your phone's settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > force stop.
  2. Verify that the Fitbit app is updated in your phone.
  3. Reboot your phone and restart your Fitbit device.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and make sure to keep syncing as you've been doing it.

If you notice that the information on your Fitbit device doesn't match with the Fitbit app after syncing, please take screenshots and attach them in your reply so I can further investigate.

Keep me posted! 😉

App working correctly now, thanks. But, now Versa device is giving me too many "active minutes" and "calories burned". Steps and everything else seems accurate. Also, dumb as this is....how do you turn the Versa device off and back on?
