Fitbit app showing old notifications

I have notifications as old as 2017 on the Fitbit app on my android phone and can only delete them one at a time. I searched for this problem and posts say to scroll to the end of all of the notifications and press the "clear all" but there is no "clear all" showing up on my phone. I went into the notifications settings and turned off everything except the minimum so that should reduce what I get in the future but am still stuck with all those old notifications.   Any suggestions?

Hi @buddymom  - the "clear all" applies to notifications on the watch.
