As of 7/14/20, my resting heart rate is showing as 0, but I'm pretty sure I'm still alive. I have attempted restarting the app and restarting my phone. I've confirmed the app is up to date.
I'm using Charge 3, firmware version 28.20001.63.5, Galaxy Note 9, Android Version 10.

Same problem. The sync still shows all the correct details but no resting heart rate.
Followed all the steps down in other threads on here logging out resetting etc but no effect.
I'm using OnePlus 7T pro all up to date and up to date software and firmware on the charge 3
Noticed this yesterday

Hi everyone. A warm welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for sharing detailed information about the Fitbit app's behavior, as well for every step tried to get your resting heart rate showing up correctly. Let me share with you that I've escalated this matter to our team so they can further investigate and bring a solution to all our affected members. While I don't have a time frame for the fix, I'll update this thread once I have more details.
By the way, I've moved some of your posts to this new thread so we can keep our forums organized and on-topic.

Was really hoping that was it for me to, but no luck, heart rate is on in the app and being measured.
Now the app shows the value for resting heart rate from July 13th instead of zero, but it has not calculated for any day since. Thanks for your help!

Hi @Indiekate. It's nice to see you around.
Thanks for keeping me posted and I'm glad that your resting heart rate is showing correctly in the Fitbit app. While it's odd that your heart rate data wasn't tracked for the rest of the days, I'd suggest to try the following steps:

Hi @Indiekate. Welcome back.
Thanks for trying the steps shared in my post and I'm sorry that your resting heart rate is still not displayed correctly. To continue working on this, I'll need you to go to the Fitbit app, take a screenshot showing the days that don't have a resting heart rate value and attach it in your reply. These details will help me to further investigate.

Here are two screenshots taken just now, showing that it's still tracking my heartrate, but has stopped showing my resting heart rate, with the last value on July 13th.

Hi @Indiekate. Thanks for keeping me updated and for the screenshots provided.
This sounds weird as it should at least show empty graphs if your Fitbit didn't track your heart rate readings. Our team recently released a new version of the Fitbit app and to continue working on this together, please update the Fitbit app is updated, reboot your phone and open the Fitbit app to check your heart rate details one more time.

I have a Huawei P30 and I am seeing the exact same behaviour...my resting heart rate graph hasn't updated since the 3.25 update, but my daily heart rate graphs are updating. I just updated to 3.26 and was hoping that would help but it hasn't so far. I've tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps multiple times. I'm using an Alta HR.

I logged out, closed the app, updated the software, and restarted my phone. Still the same result of no resting heat rate calculation, but showing heat rate data throughout the day.
On the main page of the app, at first it showed 0, then for awhile it just showed the value from the last date, and lately it's just been showing --. But always the same problem once I click in it off no calculation since July 13.

It also appears to have stopped calculating my sleep score this week. Last one was Monday, all days since look like this.

Yes, I'm seeing the same behaviour too with the sleep score...just getting the basic details. Presumably this is linked to the resting rate issue. Hope they get it sorted soon...

Checked again today and both resting heart rate and sleep score are now logging values. Disappointed that it didn't back fill the days with missing values but at least it's working now.

That's good to know. Did you update your app to 3.26.1 yesterday? I updated a couple of days ago but still having the same issues. Maybe I'll follow the trouble shooting instructions and uninstall and reinstall one more time
