LG phone, recently updated & Fitbit Inspire HR. Updated  App. App is still missing all stats prior to May 1.  Everything is on dashboard, but not on web.  Went through troubleshooting tips- that is why I updated the phone, the app, nothing left to do.  rebooted phone, turned bluetooth on and off....nothing is changing on the app.  From the threads here, this is not uncommon.  is there a fix?  Please do not tell me to uninstall the app one more time.

I'm running into the same issue now. I've recently upgraded to a Sense, and I've had to do numerous a whole bunch of resets, reinstalling the app, restarting many times to fix the missing notification problem. Today as I was checking the app on my phone, I'm missing the workout stats from before June 8. I've checked on the website my records are still there. My other stats like heart rate, sleep scores, steps are still on the app completely.

I'm using Google Pixel 5

fitbit 3.43

android 11

Hi, my Charge 4 is no longer recording exercise for the past 30 days. I can scroll down over the actual exercise dates and it will slowly load, usually missing some dates.

I have logged out and in. Unpaired the device, uninstall and reinstall, rebooted the phone. Nothing works.

I have an Android phone with the latest app version 3.43. My OS is FuntouchOS.

It worked perfectly perviously.

@CurlyMic Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the troubleshooting performed prior to posting.

I appreciate the detailed information shared. Your reports have been previously shared with my team and they will further investigate it. In the meantime, you may want to try the workaround provided by @Soozeei where you need to scroll to previous dates then scroll back to the top and the calendar will update. As soon as I have more updates, I'll share them here.

See you around.

I reported this issue to Fit Bit at beginning of May. Installed the new app at that time etc. The saga continues. Come on Fitbit, you can do better.

Yeah they haven't addressed this issue other than telling us they are going to and asking for more info. It's not just that the app doesn't show the workouts, I've started to notice that they will be completely missing even when I scroll down. My recommendation is to sync with Garmin Connect and or Strava. Both are more reliable and you can push data from Fitbit. That way if Fitbit randomly loses your workouts, you have a backup.

I have an LG and an Inspire HR and the same thing happened to me.  What I found that kind of fixed the problem is to open the app, then I opened the tile for exercise and then I scrolled down through weeks of past data which was there.  Then I scrolled back to the top and all the data populated- but only as far as I scrolled down  to.  I have to remember to scroll down every time now.  More a workaround than a fix.

meant to edit this post.... edit option is not available.  app is not working.   I still have to scroll before I see data.   what is going on?

There's a 4 year old post in the IOS app section. They're still waiting... Not a programmer here, but assume that someone has filtered the data for the current week, rather than the last 30 days and would take 30 seconds to fix, not 4 years.

I don't understand why this is still an issue. Really disappointed that this isn't being taken seriously. Scrolling helps but like I have stated in other threads it is showing inaccurate information. Days randomly dropped off. So long and short it is not and has not been performing as advertised.

I use a HR chest monitor now and synch to a separate app. But this is ridiculous that its been an issue for so long and no resolution. Why buy these products if they are inaccurate.

Have moved to a HR chest strap to track on a different app. Ridiculous I paid for a FitBit product that is not accurate! Very disappointing this is still an issue.

Hi all, so I have this too but found out how to resolve. Basically the info is there but you need to refresh the page. The way to do this is to try and scroll down while on the page showing the last 30 days of exercise... Scroll down as if you wanted to see what activities you did previously to those already loaded. Then when it is at the bottom, keep trying to scroll and when you go back to the top of the screen to show the chart, it will update with the info.

Hope this helps

@ADevereux Welcome to the forums. Thanks for sharing what has worked for you.

That is exactly what needs to be done. Data will load and then the graph at the top will be populated. Thanks again. Hope you have a lot of fun with Fitbit.

Have a nice day!

This issue is still ongoing and the "work around" doesn't fix anything. Will this issue be addressed and resolved?

Yeah that workaround didn't work three years ago and it still doesn't work today. I gave up on Fitbit about a year ago and moved to another brand tracker. Since the change I've had zero issues syncing, zero issues with tracking workouts, zero issues period. I've almost forgot how many problems I had to deal with when I was using Fitbit. For those who are still using Fitbit and hoping they will resolve this issue, just move on to another brand, they are clearly not interested in fixing this or any of the other issues. It makes me sad because I used to swear by Fitbit, but the company has changed from the one I used to know and love.
