Hi there, @Salemn. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

To better assist you, may I know if the heart rate and step tile are showing up on your Fitbit app? Are they there but not showing any data? If that is the case, please make sure you've synced your Fitbit device so the data can be updated. 

If the above doesn't describe your issue, please make sure that the tiles haven't been hidden by mistake. In order to do so, please follow the steps below:

  1. On the Today tab, tap Edit.
  2. To add a stat tile, swipe down and find the stat you want to add > tap Add. To hide a stat tile, tap the X icon on the stat you want to remove.
  3. Tap Done.

I've moved your post to the Android App board for organization purposes.

Thanks I deleted at and then started again and recontact to my charge 4 all sorted now
