Fitbit app stopped working on my Galaxy s10.

When I woke up this morning I discovered that my app stopped syncing. I've tried everything: restarting the phone, restarting the device, unpairing/repairing, force stop, uninstall/reinstall. Now that I've uninstalled I am still unable to log in or set up my device; I keep getting a "fitbit is down for maintenance" message.

My Wi-Fi is working just fine. I've turned bluetooth on and off several times. All other apps are working just fine. I don't have any other devices to try pairing this with other than my old PC. If I had a dongle it's long gone.

I've searched for a helpful answer but nothing beyond what I've already tried. Now I'm at my wit's end and have wasted almost two hours with no result.

Can someone offer assistance beyond what I've already tried to do?

Is it possible you are using VPN or some security software on your phone which is blocking the connection for the Login?

Try bypassing the wifi for the login also.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
