I just got my Versa and the app stops working when I try to pick a clock face!

I just want to let you know that I have moved your post from the Versa board to the Android app board, since I think that here you will be able to find more related topics about the Fitbit app.
Now about the issue that you are experiencing with your app crashing:
Also, I recommend verifying your internet connection, since it needs to be stable and to clear your phone's cache. Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. (This may vary depending of the Android device and the OS version)
Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
