The app won’t download to my ZTE android. The App Store says it is not compatible with my phone. Is there anyway around this?

Hello @Mommachick and welcome to the Help forum.  You don't give your phone model name or number.  But the Fitbit app requires Android 8 or newer.  What Android version is on your phone?

@Mommachick I've moved your post to the Android App board so you can receive more related responses. About your question, as our friend mentioned there are some requirements that your mobile device needs to meet in order to install the Fitbit app. You can find more details about the compatible devices here.
