Ive done all the suggested troubleshooting yet it wont install. Does anyone know of a compatibility issue with my specific model of phone?

It finally installed. I had to shut down my phone and restart. It didn't work when I merely restarted. All good now.

Hey there @BobGInMA, welcome to the Fitbit Community!
Thank you so much for taking the time to share this situation with us; I'm happy to help!
This issue can be caused by the Android version on your Galaxy A23. Please keep in mind that the Fitbit app requires Android 11 or higher to be downloaded.
If your device meets these requirements, you may need to restart your phone!

Hi Estuardo, thank you for your reply. As I mentioned, I did go through all the suggested trouble shooting steps, including the android version. My phone is using Android 15. I have plenty of space on my phone and Ive already restarted my phone. The app still wont install from the Google store. I just got the Fitbit today and dont want to have to return it.
