 Was working out today and as I got done with workout. The wrist band to the fitbit itself just fell apart. I cannot recoup the band the the fitbit mechanic itself. Is there a quick fix to this. Or do I have to buy a complete new watch?

Hi

 

When having a tracker with *exchangeable bands, and the tracker itself is working fine, it's possible to buy a new band, and replace yourself.

 

When the tracker doesn't have replaceable bands, and / or the tracker is malfunctioning to.. 

 

When desired it's possible to contact the fitbit support team, they can be contacted from the official contact page.
 
It's up to them to decide.
