Hello @Laccal66, it's nice to have you here as a new member in the Fitbit Community. Note that the Turbo Max does not appear as a compatible device. When a device is not compatible many features may not work as it should. To see the latest list of supported devices, please go to http://www.fitbit.com/devices.

It wont hurt to try the following steps if you are receiving call notifications though:

If your device support this feature, then its time to go to your Fitbit app:

Open the Account Tab at the bottom of the screen and select the tracker's tile.

You will have access to your tracker settings. From here where it says "General" tap on the option of Notifications. Is possible it ask you permission to enable call notifications, just select the Fitbit app to proceed.

Once you have enable the Notifications you will have access to the settings to select the available apps to received calls or messages and calendars notifications on your tracker although the features will depend of the tracker you are using.

Just remember that your tracker needs to communicate constantly with your mobile device by having the Bluetooth on all the time.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have more questions.
