Fitbit charge 2 notification service on HTC Desire 728

Just bought FItbit Charge 2, but the notifications for call and text are not working, I am using HTC Desire 728 dual.

Has anyone used this phone with charge 2 and did it worked.

@rushikesh, have you checked the Charge 2 tracker to ensure Notifications are enabled on it?  Press & Hold the side button for about 3 seconds to toggle Notifications from Off to On.

@USAF-Larry: Yes the notification is on in the tracker, also I have checked the notification the phone and the app is allowed for notifications. Still I don't received call/text notifications.

After checking on our compatible devices list I could see that the HTC Desire 728 is not currently a compatible device. Because of this we aren't able to fully determine why the notifications are not coming through. While the tracker might sync and work properly, the app is not fully optimized to work with the mobile device that you have an issues like this are to be expected.

Be sure to continually check on the compatible devices list as it is regularly updated.
