Hi
Really grateful for any help -
Having problems syncing. Finally the charge HR shows up as FORCE as an option to pair with on my samsung galaxy s5 mini but then if I try to pair the fitbit stop watch just turns on and the phone says unable to communicate with 'force'..
Have so far reinstalled the app, reboote the phone, restarted the fitbit, made sure that the phone is not paired with anything else and is visble to nearby devices and power saving is off.
Stuck as what to do next!

Sorry for the hiccup. Please try to setup again, and let us know how it goes! Please also confirm that you're referring to the Charge as opposed to the Charge HR.
