Fitbit charge hr wont sync no matter what - different country

I had a charge hr for 4 months. I live in south korea and everything was perfect.
I went to germany last week and when i tried to sync it took 3 attemps for it to sync.
Then when i came back to south korea i wont sync. I have been back for 5 days and nothing. I even did the reboot (2 seconds 7 second white screen error word and 0:00) and now its just 11:00 for it
No sync
But its paired to my cell by bluetooth.
Help!!

Mmmhhh this is weird my friend @I-uro, please try following the steps provided in this post and also make sure your Internet and Bluetooth connection are working correctly.
