Charge HR not syncing or showing the correct time

Hi, ive recently got a second hand Fitbit Charge HR and i cant sync it to my phone and it also isnt showing the correct time. I have googled and followed all the steps out there but non seem to work.....please help!

Hi there @Jill22, great to have you in the Fitbit Community as a new member! My apologies for the late response and by the description of your post that your Charge HR is not showing the correct time, I can assume the tracker still hasn't been paired to your Fitbit account.

 

If I'm correct, perhaps the following help article will give you some extra help from the steps you have tried already: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

 

Note that all the features of your tracker are controlled by your Fitbit account, so the tracker's time will be corrected once you have configured in the Fitbit app your timezone settings.
