Fitbit charge stuck on stats

My Fitbit charge is stuck in the stats screen I'm pushing the single button on the left to restore to the watch face start screen but it won't change. No action if I push either of the right buttons. It is still tracking my stats but I miss seeing time. Help!

@LisaAP, have you tried restarting your tracker, following the instructions in the help article, How do I restart my tracker? Try restarting the tracker 3 times in a row to see if that corrects the problem.

Larry, I believe this has fixed it!!! Thank you so much. I had searched help topics but wasn't finding the problem. First time reaching out to the community and problem solved.
