I recently changed from iPhone 6 to android phone ONE PLUS THREE T....FITBIT Charge 2 is not working.

Yep, afraid you won't get much support from Fibit as the OnePlus3T is not on their compatible device list.

They'll tell you how it's always being updated, between you and me you'll be waiting a while.
