I'm having the same problem.
This is one of the most important feature when trying to lose weight.
It's very frustrating that it still does't work after almost 3 weeks and still no updates on possibile solution

Same here, for weeks. Never had a problem with FitBit until Google bought it. Ever since, the issues are endless.

Best AnswerI'm an online coach and use this feature with a lot of clients, including myself. This has been going on for 3 weeks. Can you please give us an update? This is getting pretty ridiculous for a company of this size

Hi everyone! Thanks for your patience. We’ve found the cause of the issue and are currently fixing it.
Personalized calorie goals should now be showing up correctly. Please note that if you manually set a fixed goal as a temporary workaround, that fixed goal will remain until you change it.
You might still see an error message when creating or updating a food plan, but we expect to have this resolved within the next few days.
Will the food plan fix work with version 4.63? Can't use 4.65 unless I want to somehow burn 6000 calories per day again. This version is so messed up, how is it still not rolled back?
Best AnswerIt's a bloody miracle, I ended up signing out of my account through the Fitbit app it said an error has occurred. I closed the app, clicked the sign again and took a little bit to load but wowee. I tried to add the food plan and it worked and it has also integrated back with my daily workouts to adjust the calories left.
It works now, without neither updating the app nor closing it or logging off.
