Is anyone else getting this error when trying login on their phones?

 

My device hasn't synced in 5 days, I'd linke to sink it.

I just upgraded to a new phone yesterday. I went from a LG Phoenix Plus to a LG Stylo 5.

 

I just tried my old phone and it worked fine.

 

So why won't my new phone work?

I don't see the new phone on the compatible list. Is it at least Android 7?

I uninstalled and re-installed the app. Works fine now. Thank you.

I'm having the same problem, started after a firmware update on my galaxy s8. Am now logged out of the app and get the message whenever I try logging in. Will try restarting my phone, then uninstalling and reinstalling app.
